RRP&F: Tell us how you first met? Who, what, when, where and why? Give us all the details.

A+J: James and I first met when I transferred to The College of New Jersey in the Fall of 2010. He and I had a class together first semester. We were both attracted to one another, but didn't actually talk until the Spring Semester of 2011. Spring semester of 2011 we had 3 out of 4 classes together, and were forced to spend a lot of time together. Needless to say, the rest was history!

RRP&F: Tell us about the proposal. (Did you see it coming? How long was it in the planning? How did you feel? Nervous, excited, freaking out?)

A+J: James proposed on Christmas morning 2015. He wrapped the ring in a small box, within a bigger box, within a bigger box, within an even bigger box. When I unwrapped it and got to the smaller box, I was suspecting something shiny in the box but didn't want to get my hopes up. As I unwrapped it, James was behind me down on one knee where he asked me to marry him. Of course I said yes!

RRP&F: If you feel comfortable, share with us something silly or quirky the other person does.

A+J: Not really silly or quirky, but every morning James makes sure to give me a kiss when he gets out of bed or before he leaves the house.

RRP&F: Besides getting married – what's the one thing you are looking forward to on your wedding day?

A+J: Seeing James at the end of the aisle as I walked down it. In the past when I pictured my wedding day, the person at the end of the aisle was just a figure. Now, I am able to fill in that picture.
